TinyLinkURL Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the TinyLinkURL Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By signing up to be an Affiliate for TinyLinkURL ("we," "us," or "our") via https://tinylinkurl.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • To enroll, you must submit a completed application through our affiliate portal.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • Your website, social media channels, or marketing methods must not contain material that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

2. Affiliate Links and Tracking

  • Upon approval, you will be provided with unique referral links ("Affiliate Links").
  • We track referrals using browser cookies. The standard cookie duration is thirty (30) days from the user’s initial click.
  • Commissions will only be credited if the user registers and purchases a premium plan while the cookie remains active and valid, provided it has not been overwritten by another affiliate's link.

3. Commission Structures & Payment

  • Commission Rate: You will earn a specified percentage or fixed amount on qualifying purchases made by users referred through your link. The exact rates are outlined in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Recurring Revenue: If applicable to your tier, commissions on subscription renewals are paid as long as the customer remains an active, paying subscriber, up to a maximum duration specified in your portal.
  • Payout Threshold: Commissions are paid out once your earnings reach the minimum threshold of $50 USD.
  • Payment Frequency: Payouts are processed on a monthly basis, approximately fifteen (15) days after the end of the calendar month.
  • Payment Methods: All payouts are distributed via PayPal or other electronic methods supported in your affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for any transaction fees or local taxes.

4. Returns, Chargebacks, and Refunds

  • Commissions are only paid on successful, settled payments.
  • If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a credit card chargeback within our standard refund window, any commission earned on that sale will be deducted from your account balance.

5. Prohibited Promotional Tactics

  • Affiliates must market TinyLinkURL ethically. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
  • SPAM: Sending unsolicited commercial emails or automated mass messages on social media platforms is strictly prohibited.
  • Search Engine Keyword Bidding: You may not bid on keywords containing our trademarked brand name ("TinyLinkURL", "Tiny Link URL") or misspellings thereof on ad platforms like Google Ads or Bing Ads.
  • Deceptive Content: You must not misrepresent our services, pricing, or features.
  • Self-Referrals: You are not permitted to purchase TinyLinkURL accounts through your own Affiliate Link.

6. FTC and Regulatory Compliance

  • You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with TinyLinkURL on any page, review, or social media post where an Affiliate Link is present.
  • Disclosures must comply with all local consumer protection laws (such as the US Federal Trade Commission guidelines), making it clear to consumers that you receive compensation for referrals.

7. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.
  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
  • Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Affiliate Links and brand assets from your promotional channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

TinyLinkURL will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We make no express or implied warranties with respect to the Program or the products sold through it.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify any of the terms within this Agreement (including commission structures and payout windows) at any time. You will be notified of changes via email or an update posted inside your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
